Austin Mark Nunn is thrilled to be making his debut at Theatre in the Heights in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.
He has his BA in Theatre Arts: Performance and Directing from Vanguard University of Southern CA.
Some of Austin’s past performances include: Emmett in Legally Blonde (Missouri Street Theatre)
Jamie in The Last 5 Years (California Regional Theatre), Joseph Cable in South Pacific (Community Asian Theatre of the Sierras),
Phoebus De Martian in The Hunch Back of Notre Dame (California Regional Theatre), IQ in Hairspray (Performance Riverside),
Officer Kowalski in Freaky Friday (The Tribe Arts), and Elton John, a role he originated, in The Beat Goes On (Lyceum Theatre).
Austin as an adolescent experienced trauma while eating a sandwich and he still can’t eat them to this day.
With that being said he is excited to use his trauma for the arts. He also always had to buy pants in size husky,
which has nothing to do with anything, he just thought you should know.
He would like to thank all of his support team who love and pray for him daily,
as well as Jesus, who without Him, his life would be a mess. Jeremiah 29:11 @austinmarknunn
