This is Gary Kiddie’s first acting appearance on stage with Theatre in the Heights. Actually, it is his first acting appearance
on stage with any theater company! Until now his theater experience has been behind the scenes, helping paint sets, clearing the
stage between scenes, pulling scrims, setting props, etc. He is a 32nd Degree Mason and is a Ben Ali Shriner where he was
Potentate in 2013. He is a member of many clubs and units in the Shrine. One of his numerous activities in the Shrine is as
the clown, “Aba Daba Dew” where he drives his little golf cart called The Smile Mobile in several parades each year. Kids and
adults just love him. He also volunteers to drive for Shriner’s Hospital to pick up children and/or their families to take
them to and from the airport or other places.
He thanks Blake for casting him in the role of Snug, the Joiner and has had a lot of fun getting to know the other great members
of the cast of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
