I Hate Shakespeare! - Cheerleader, Ophelia, Laertes, Modern Juliet, Zombie, Audience, TV Man, Witches, Duncan, Murderer, Macduff, Miss Purdie, Romeo, Puck

Originally from Venezuela, she has been on stages since the early age of 5 thanks to the influence of her mother and first acting teacher, a renowned actress and theater director from her city of birth: Maracaibo, the Beloved Land of the Sun. Paula grew up in theaters, breathing and living theater among actors, dancers, singers and creators from whom she learned her craft and along with whom she performed hundreds upon hundreds of shows as an actress, dancer and singer in all of the many theaters of her city, performing in front of crowds of 100 to up to 5.000 delighted attendees of plays, dance-theater shows and music festivals, then transitioning to film at the age of 19, performing in over a dozen different film productions in Venezuela, Ecuador and now in the US. Paula relocated to Northern California in 2019, where she has been working full-time on films and commercials since 2020 and represented by Kit International Talent since January 2021. And now is thrilled to make her comeback to stage and live performance at Theatre in the Heights, trusting to fill you with laughter and smiles as part of the fabulous cast of “I Hate Shakespeare” and under the exceptional direction of Blake Flores. Enjoy!
